Resolving a difficult smell situation on a multi-storey high rise on Northern Beaches which was deemed high risk included destructive investigation, structural engineering, multiple trades to resolve. Project Management included developing the scope in consultation with the Strata Committee, stakeholder engagement for access, managing budget and trades throughout.

Building Façade Remediation on multi-storey high rise on Northern Beaches which included structural and aesthetic remediation, painting colour change, bespoke external shutter replacement, negotiating budget and delivery program with Strata and Contractors.

Commercial Building, Parramatta

Retaining Wall Remediation for multi-storey high rise on Northern Beaches which included design changes to enhance strength and reduce / eliminate risk of same failure occurring in the future. Project Manager for stakeholder management, strata budget and scope approval.

Fire Safety Compliance

Residential Tower, Eastern Suburbs

Project Managed the fire system upgrade for major transport hub building with project value of $20M. Work done within budget, program, without impacting operations. Required high level stakeholder engagement and contractor negotiations. As the Project Manager, success was challenging scope of work and specification in line with fire compliance requirements with an outcome of reducing overall project scope saving client $1M.

Internal Lift Replacement

Commercial Buildings, Mascot

Internal Lift Replacement for multiple commercial buildings in the Mascot area. Project management included working with client through the design phase to ensure scope completeness to avoid variation, design review and shop drawing review and sign off, stakeholder engagement and Contractor management. Project value from $300k-$1.2M.

Private and Commercial Properties

Common Area Refurbishment works have been Project Managed for both private and commercial properties from design, through tendering of work, construction and through to completion. Project value being from $100k - $50M.
